Mid Oregon's Telephone Teller service provides another convenient option for our members to access account information. Through your phone you can easily check account balances, transfer funds and other automated functions.
TELEPHONE TELLER INSTRUCTIONS
In these instructions you will find, listed, the Service Codes to give you the needed account information. Most of these Service Codes correspond with letters on the Keys of the phone, For example:
Savings Balance..........72#
Loan Balance..............52#
Savings Withdrawal.....79#
etc.
If you choose, there is another transaction menu that will walk you through, step by step, all transaction options available. Please call the Credit Union for further information.
